How much does a survey cost?
Surveys are priced in bands according to the size of the building. Send us the address and approximate floor area and we will confirm the price.
How accurate are the plans?
Plans are drawn from Matterport professional 3D scan data, within the accuracy Matterport publishes for its professional cameras. If your project needs a specific tolerance, tell us at the outset and we will confirm the approach before the visit.
Is this a structural survey?
No. A measured survey records the building's dimensions, floor areas and condition at a point in time. It is not an assessment of the structure.
Can my architect or engineer use the files?
Yes. We provide an E57 point cloud for Revit, ArchiCAD and AutoCAD, a textured OBJ model, scaled PDF plans and an XLSX area schedule.
How quickly will I receive the plans?
Plans and the 3D tour are delivered in two to four working days, depending on the size of the building.
