Cookies and visit statistics
Our website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or tracking services. To understand how the site is used, we count visits anonymously: the page viewed, the website that linked to it, the type of device and the screen width. We do not record IP addresses, names or any identifier, and we cannot tell who you are.
These statistics are used only by Baclands, stored in our own business systems, never shared or used for advertising, and deleted after about 13 months.
If you opt out of visit statistics, your browser remembers that choice on your device. This is the only thing our website stores in your browser.
Our enquiry forms
When you send an enquiry or a supply chain introduction using a form on this website, the details you enter are sent securely to our own business Google Workspace account, where they are saved and emailed to our enquiries inbox so we can reply. No cookies are used and no other form service is involved. Our Website and Enquiry Privacy Notice explains how we use and keep these details.
Your browser may keep its own history and autofill data, which you control through its settings.
Hosting and external links
Like any website, our hosting and security service receives standard connection information (such as your IP address and the pages requested) to deliver and protect the site, and may set strictly necessary cookies for that purpose.
If you follow a link to another website, that site's own privacy and cookie arrangements apply.
Your choices
You can opt out of visit statistics at any time, free of charge, using the button below. Your choice is remembered on this device.
Most browsers also let you view and delete stored data. If we ever add advertising or third-party tracking, we will ask for your consent first.
