Construction and project delivery

We act as principal contractor under CDM 2015, run one programme, report every week with photographs and price variations before they are done. At handover you receive the certificates, warranties, health and safety file and as-built scan in one record.

Planned and responsive work that keeps homes safe, compliant and in good repair, with every visit, test and certificate recorded.
